Yes. All of our tonics are fresh and need to be refrigerated. For market pick up, please bring a cooler bag + for Friday home delivery please leave a cooler with ice.

Most turmeric pills are processed + irradiated and can contain additives/preservatives to make them shelf stable, which dramatically reduces the efficacy of the turmeric. Most turmeric supplements only contain a single extract of curcumin. We extract all of the beneficial curcuminoids, gingerols and natural oils found within the raw turmeric and ginger roots. Also, sources of the turmeric are seldom known. We use Maui-grown organic turmeric harvested right before our tonic is produced.
