Prebiotic Fiber + Vitamin B-9, folate (from Beets): Beets are a great source of GUT friendly fiber. They come loaded with dietary fiber, a carbohydrate important for digestive health. This fiber can help lower the risk of diverticular disease, a disease associated with colon inflammation that causes gas, bloating, irregularly and nausea.
Beets also offer digestive benefits because of their vitamin B-9, or folate, content. Folate aids in new cell growth, so it plays a role in tissue repair -- including the repair of tissues in your digestive tract.

Directions:*

Drink  GUTonic™ after a dinner at least 1 hour before bed for maximum benefits.     Mix 1 Tablespoon with 8oz water or juice*, STIR WELL (drink immediately, will thicken as it sits).  Take GUTonic™ at least 1 hour before or 2 to 4 hours after taking other medications. Store mix in a cool, dry place. *It is important to take it with at east 8 oz. water or juice. Drink water regularly throughout the day. If your fiber intake is generally low, start by taking a half dose for the first two days, then increase to a full dose. Over this time your body will adjust to the added fiber. It may take a few days to feel the full benefits. Even once you stop noticing any change, the benefits will continue!

Take GUTonic™ at least 1 hour before or 2 to 4 hours after taking other medications.

Store mix in a cool, dry place. 

It is important to take it with a liquid. Drink water regularly throughout the day. Because psyllium slows down the digestion of food, it should be taken with plenty of liquid.
